  • What's the cheapest knuckle pads I can use?

    Instead of buying those expensive gel knuckle pads, what's the cheapest, but very effective way to have knuckle pads inside your hand wraps to avoid knuckle pains.

          I have bought 14oz gloves already, so buying a new 16oz would be my last option. I'm fine with just hand wraps but i'd feel more comfortable with knuckle pads.

            EVA foam on EBAY. Around 3/8 thick .
            You can cut them to favor any knuckle that hurts. I cut out a portion in the middle so the middle knuckle gets the LEAST contact.
            Or you can cut a roll of Le Roy Mexican gauze in half. Use half a roll per hand .

              You can use toilet paper to make knuckle pads, I'm not kidding it really works. Many pros, famous pro trainers use it. It's easy+cheap, you can throw away them after training = less laundry. Here are couple of videos on this matter:
