Let me recommend to you all, Modified Burpees!

Ive been doing them for 2 weeks straight now, 45mins a day and I see better gains than lifting, get a runners high when done, and sweat like no other. All you need is a pull up bar and the way I do mine is:

    6 squats,
    3 pull-ups, &
    15 push ups

I have been doing them with my chick so she'll do a set than I do. I typically do around 36 sets, so its almost a Modified burpee every minute. Great workout and I recommend it on a strength day for any of you fighters. Modifiy it how you want or to your level of fitness. Next week I will bring in a light weighted vest...

Jump, land on the tips of your toes into a squat while remaining on the tips of your toes.

No equipment needed. Makes your balance better, stronger feet, calves, etc etc. not to mention the pushup

Modifying them is an awesome way. Good s hit, TC. Burpees in full gear, muddy and wet, after a terribly long run...ahhh...good times. Said no one ever

The fittest I ever reached was when I was doing for 5 consecutive days .... 30 minutes a day.

But got injured about 4 months or so.

Lesson learnt... too much HIIT causes injuries.

I noticed that there is room for injury with burpees which is why I actually enjoy doing this workout with someone else. Normally I hate working out with someone, especially a chick. She gives me just enough time to catch a breath between each est. If I did this consecutively I don't think I could go for 45mins straight Id likely injure myself due to fatigue. Great workout though,

Crazy fat burner and retains all the muscle.

I tore my hamstring doing it, I think it’s doable if someone only does it twice a week, anymore and leg muscles get mashed up. I think I also messed up my wrist but I shed about 3 stone of flab in about 2 months without changing my diet down to 28 inch waist!

After each session I physically felt sick and light headed

                    Those were the days lol
