Working Lats for Hook Power?

    Think about it. When you throw a hook it is not like a right hand where the lat is involved in the shot. With a hook the lat is there to make the shot solid but that's about it. The power will come from your mid section and the lat will just stabilize the shot. The power comes from your mid section with your hook, not your

        If you can really set down with your hooks you will find great power. Generally, guys with big legs are already set down to rip a hook. Know what I mean? They are not light on there feet to begin with…….Rockin'
