    ive quit it recently after many years of caffeine drinking and i cant believe the difference it has made. far less stressed and mood has improved a bit. energy levels are better now aswell

      anywhere from 800-1200mg some days, most days none

        Same had happened to me also, no more mood swings and better sleep. I was surprised.

              After spending the summer weaning myself from caffeine I've been officially "clean" for over a week. Have a cup of decaf tea or decaf coffee in the AM. Feel way better. Now if I can only wean myself from the booze....

                      I have about 3 - 3.5 cups of black coffee when I wake up if I have the time to. When I drink my coffee, I like to enjoy it. Chill out at watch some TV on the couch and relax.

                      But when I work the morning shift. I just make about 2 cups to go in a travelers mugs.

                      I might have a cup or 2 of instant green tea at work.
