Who's that one guy who just rips on people at the gym who don't know what they're doing? That guy was hilarious. He actually had a series called gym idiots. And then he had a part in the show where he would do a stupid sounding impression of Rich Piana called "Smaller By The Day."

Lmfao. He would go, "Good f u c k i n g morning goddamnit. Rich Piana here with another episode of Smaller By The Day. My crossfit show mother f u c k e r!!"

I was laughing for a lot of that.

Afterward though, I realized he's actually in better shape than the average adult U.S. male. So maybe his message is that, by eating normally and working out regularly, you can be in relatively decent shape?

He's far stronger than the average American. Average American probably can bench 157.5, he's got 315 even though he's doing it on a smith machine thats a good amount of weight.
