Am I still arm punching?

    You still required to do footwork which is an important movement to look forward as it improves you to maintain a distance from attack and assists correct timing in attack and defence.

        Use / build more core strength and as mentione above, footwork is the key to not arm punching. You should be turning your hips and applying pressure to your toes when throwing.

          One of my past trainers used to mimic this all the time to people who lacked power in their shots.
