    Rear foot

Just curious, when you guys throw a 1-2 and step forward, does your back foot drag as your front foot does, or do you plant your front foot first, then slide your back foot?

No, you pick it up and then set it down exactly as the shot lands (your back foot/right hand). Why would you drag anything in a boxing ring? …...Rockin'

When Roman Reigns lands his Superman punch both of his feet are up in the air. He knocks out professional wrestlers instantly with it so maybe that is the way to go.
