Should you slip or duck while on the inside of your opponent or is it only for when your on the outside and trying to get inside on your opponent? I notice most pros don't do it as much

Slip... in fact, ducking is poor form regardless of the scenario

Some fighters do duck and it looks awful, but you should be slipping or blocking with your gloves.
