How to hang a square boxing pad

How should I hang a square boxing pad (see picture)

The specific question is at what height would it be optimal for practice? (lets say -where my arm is extended parallel to the ground)

It's this one from Ali Express:

PU Wall Punch Boxing Bags,Pad Focus Target Pad Wing Chun Boxing Fight Sanda Taekowndo Training Bag Sandbag Category Freeshipping

    Thanks!

I'd try some duct tape if I were you.

hang it so that you are punching higher than your shoulders but leave enough to work the body too. Just add duct tape and you're ready to roll...…….Rockin'

You're working the bag and it feels like your arms are going to fall off. You say,"hey coach, my **** hurts." I reply, put some duct tape on it and now give me some work. The bags not punching back. Duct tape: it fixes everything
