    Carl Froch did all his roadwork on a bike because of knee issues I believe, Darren Barker did yoga/Pilates because of bad hips, there’s always a way.
    I laugh when I see people buy those machines for the home, not realizing how hard they are.

      Yeh you get quite a shock the 1st few times you use it, especially when your dying and you’ve only done 10 mins...

      I’ve incorporated sprints into mine, never look forward to them
