    Need to lose 2-4 inches around the waist in the next 45-60 days. HELP!

    Fellas, need some help. Outside of the obvious eat less and exercise more, does anyone have any helpful tips on how to shed some fat around the waist? I've always been in pretty good shape but my 'love handles' are the thickest part on me and it's always been a struggle to get rid of them. I purchased one of those Everlast waist slimmer belts to help and thought about getting some of the sweat gel they sell at GNC and sporting goods stores but I've heard that it's more of a rip off. I've seen some pro boxers use it in the past. Does anyone know if that stuff helps? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Don't drink your calories and cut out carbs/processed foods.

    Do high intensity interval training (can be done on an elliptical, treadmill, etc).
    If you do cardio do it first thing in the morning.

      Waist slimmer is a bullsh t.
      You cannot spot lose .
      You lose fat first from the area you last gained fat . The first area you gained fat will be the last place you lose fat.
      Meaning, you lose fat from the face first .
      Best way to lose fat is what boxers do.
      Run in the morning before eating. Or you can brisk walk.

        There's no magic formula to lose weight. Exercise and eat right. Anyone that tells you different doesn't know what they're talking about. It's really that simple. Short cuts don't exist.

            Forgive me if I'm totally wrong but by mentioning things like "waist slimmer" and "sweat gel" you sound like someone who wants to lose weight but doesn't want to do what's really necessary.

            I'm guessing that if you posted everything you ate and drank yesterday then other members would be able to point out things you shouldn't be eating if you want to lose weight.

            Sorry if I sound rude or harsh but I'm of the opinion that in theory, losing weight isn't rocket science!

                You may lose inches if you worked hard using this;
