  • Wraps and heavy bag

    So lately i have been having trouble protecting my hands on my bag. I use hand wraps and wrap them the way that fight tips video shows. But after a short sesh on the bag (70 lb everlast) the outer part of my wrist will start hurting. Any tips or advice?

      My suggestion is to ditch those 180" long wraps.
      Get 4 of these .https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ambra-Le-Ro...GSQ3EhCINO6rNw
      2 per hand.
      I de-stretch them though. I tie them tight to a bottle for a few days.
      Learn to wrap close to this way.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixRPSkcBqBc

        I injured my TFCC that way throwing hooks, If the pain is on the pinky side of your wrist you probably did the same. Lay off the hooks for 2 months. Then when you throw them, throw them chest high towards the center of the bag. Don't throw them high or on the side of the bag.

          Wear these over the wraps but under the gloves;

                Looks similar to what my massage girls where when it's time for the happy ending.
