Man uppercuts are for sure my weakness in sparring. All of my sparring partners makes sure to remind each other to try to blast me with that uppercut.

Have done better the past few weeks of avoiding it, was rolling to my right and got caught right on the nose on the way down. Felt a little bit of liquid but was just some snot. Definitely an upgrade. For about 3 weeks anytime i took a shot it would just start leaking.

I think it actually helped open up my left nostril a bit more from the deviated septum as well.
