    I bring 3 shirts now.

I change after training before I spar (I noticed that if I spar with my shirt wet that my opponents gloves get wet and then will catch on my skin more). I then change my shirt again after sparring before I go home.

Sometimes this is a good idea to change tops quickly during a session:

Your suppose to sweat, and boxing gyms stink, that's just how it goes.

If your legit sweating too much maybe it's because you eat like an Italian.

Isn't it no pain, no gain?
