And the only thing that hits back is the sparring partner or the trainer with the mitts .
Most of the tools in the gym do not hit back.

And nothing in the gym helps develop power like a punching bag.

Everlast has several models .
The run of the mill bags you see at Big 5 and other stores are crap.

That's why I said some are crap and some are good.

The sand bags they add eventually go off center and some spots of the bag become really hard.

In the 3 years I've been beating the daylights out of my own everlast heavy bag the supposed sand bag inside it has never given me problems.

Sorry man, you can't make me agree on these really hard bags as great tool for boxers. Those are reserved for Kung Fu and Karate fools.

Absolutely. Why wouldn't it be optimal for a fighter to toughen there hands to prevent a fracture or even a break?

What's the point of this video? Last time I checked they have had big ass punching bags since forever. Marciano hit a 300 lb bag.

To add weight, they made the bags LARGER.

Uhh obviously. They aren't going to make them smaller to add weight.

100 lbs bags are mostly 14-15" by 5 feet now.
You want it heavier, try 16" to 18" in diameter.
They are all linen filled.
And they are not super soft like you think.
You need a pair of good gloves and good wraps to work on them.

If that's the crap bags made by Everlast filled with shredded cloth and sand bags, there's a reason so many are being dumped on craiglist.

BTW, Grant does not make punching bags. He gets them made by Pro Equipment. He just has them label them for him.
