You can imagine how you would feel when your feet become to heavy to lift and one step gets you no where. Then punches begin to sink into your stomach and sides and you start lifting your feet up and begin to cry a little bit.

Then again you may not even spar so whats the difference if you run or not?
I'm always curious why some folks need inspiration to full fill goals they start. I suggest you have a beer and sandwich and forget about this running around crap, sounds like a bunch of work you'll never utilize.

          Good luck being "inspired" .......

I think simply some people don’t like running eg dull, repetitive, cold etc .... yes I am one of those guys.

anyone who listens to rocky during a run is certified lame

everyone hates running, you do it for the physical benefit.

just get it over with, with your knee high socks and pumas.

Haha I couldn’t listen to Rocky when running.

I run as it works out the lungs, heart, burns cals.... beneficial for me, but hate doing it

I think the rocky theme would have the opposite effect on me, knowing that I am incomparable to Rocky so why bother even trying
