why is this?

  • why is this?

    last year when i used to train alot i used to have good movement (footwork) then i took a break for few months and i gained couple pounds and i noticed on my sparring i dont move quite as well as before (being flatfooted) can anyone tell me asap why is that?

    Was the weight gain lean muscle or fat?

      most likely fat, because i wasn't lifting weight when i gained 30 pounds

        That’s the reason right there, fat slows down footwork, time
        to calorie cut or up the cardio

          Even when not training, you have to keep your calorie intake in check. A gain of 30 pounds is a lot for that time span.
