          Thanks, guys....I realized what you gies pointed out as well about my punches being slightly low. As far as my head movement, I don't necessarily use much head movement while shadow boxing, I actually don't use much of it at all. I just move as needed, and although it has cost me to take the occasional shots, I feel that pivoting, weaving, and ducking is more effective for me than head movement.
