    Bit of a technical question

    which boxing guard is best for recovery when you are in the ring?
    as in what will get you more oxygen to your lungs with minimal exertion, all while protecting yourself.

    assume you just went for the K.O on someone but they are still standing and you have another 2 minutes left on the clock.

      Shoulder roll defense....it will allow u to jab to keep the guy off u while allowing u to buy time to recover lungs also use jab to solar plexus of opponent to sap his remaining energy
