    Get to goal physique

    Hey

I just came back after an injury, and is boxing 3 days a week.

Training is typically: running, spar, bag, shadow boxing, drills.

I have been thinking of doing some circuit power training :

Im 185 lbs. And wanna end up with something similar to Mikkel Kessler, how should i train towars that?

Any training you should do should be done from an athletic point of view in order to work that delicate balance of speed, power, movement, and flexibility. What meets that criteria along with your thought of doing circuit power training is CrossFit. Not all CrossFit boxes are created equal, and like any gym, there are good ones and bad ones, but if you find one with excellent coaches it is a tremendous workout and will help you achieve your goals.

If you want to seriously improve your physique then you need to have some sort of weight lifting or serious calisthenics included in your routine. Boxing won't do really anything for your physique except tone up the back muscles but it will significantly improve your delts in my experience.

Today after boxing class, i did the following.

            Situps 3x max
            Pushups 3 x max
            Chinups 3 x 8

Would you do more, or how should such routine look like

But right now, im boxing 4 times a week of 2 hours, and then i do some different exercises at home. Mostly for smaller muscles, pushups, situps, squats, little arms, and stretching.

You still haven't explained what you're trying to do so I don't know how any advice can apply. Do you need to lose weight? Build muscle? Both? Tell us what needs to be accomplished first.
