Looked like **** because I have never boxed before or had any training before, just 8 weeks leading up to this - but thanks....I think

And he's better than me haha

You did do one thing that was decent, the counter right hand after he hit your glove was good.

You're definitely better than the other guy.

I guess not so bad after 8 weeks. Keep training, get another fight and post again. I would love to see your progress. Train safe, older guys get injured easily.

Me? No I was referring to the guy above YOUR response. He's very well known for compensating for his self-loathing by tearing people down in the name of helping.

        I love giving praise.

Watched half of it, didn't need to watch the rest.

1st of all, what age are you? Cause if your thinking of boxing competitively, but that out your head for awhile.
I do understand though that this is all just a bit of craic for charity.

Your hands/guard is allllll over the place.
You either have your hands in front of your face, which is no good cause your open to hooks and can't see the Punch's coming, also you can't throw your own Punch's (properly) in that situation. You were either doing that,or dropping your hands altogether. And on a side note to that, when he punched and you blocked you done one of two things, you either tried to catch his Punch's,or your guard went up way too high with your head down.

Your head was dangerously low,and could of hurt your opponent bad the way you were coming in. If this was a real fight, you would of been warned in the first round.

You were looping in hooks that had no real effect. You should try get your Punch's out straight while turning at the hip to get that power off.

That's all I'll say about it,cause again I know this is only a charity event and all that so don't want to be 2 critical,it takes balls to step in their so well done.

Cong**** dude for getting in there and raising money for charity.

I'm doing the same event, my intro meeting is this Saturday. So can't offer you any tips as I'm a novice myself but hope you enjoyed yourself and had a good drink after.
