You said Mayweather and Canelo weren'tt hitting the bag properly, but showed a video of Joe Louis breaking every last rule while hitting the bag (chin in the air, hands down, etc)

I never said Canelo wasn't hitting it properly. I said Mayweather didn't. Joe Louis used the bag properly, throwing punches with proper technique with the goal to increase power (actually laying into it and hitting it hard).

Lastly, why did you delete your vid? What's this I hear about spaghetti arms and you weighing 130 lbs?

You deleted your vid bc of the criticism you took . You shouldn't be a critic of ANYONES bag work and talk as if you yourself look good........

The funny thing is i gave you DECENT opinion based on you were hitting it in your parents garage and obviously werent a seasoned puncher . Little did i know you were some skinny know it all , who was also asking posters about boxing gloves bc you never TRAINED prior to you signing up here !

That being said you have an awful lot to say for someone who themselves doesnt remotely look like they train .

Lol. Listen man, this is what I recommend you do.

Go down to real boxing gym. A USA Boxing certified gym and register. It's only around 60 some dollars annually for registration. And start training.

You'll know pretty quick whether you want to actually be a fighter or not.

Until then, stop posting videos of yourself on the internet, okay?

Well he posted the video NOT me and talked as if being 140 pounds was some giant person that he claimed to weigh or about ?

He also eludes to the fantasy that im FAT even though i have vids here of me and pics in my profile . One is below in my hand wraps with former muay That world champion that ive trained with for years the other tall kid is a cruiser weight amatuer ,hes father fought Wilder back in the day.

Its always great when a GUMBY look alike with below average fighting skills has alot to say particularly with me ,knowing ive actually fought in sanctioned bouts,spared world champions , grappled and did -Martial arts over 20 years isnt it ?

Ive also been lifting since 1987 and strength competing holding also championships , but evidently GUMBY knows more about that too with his STICK arms !
