    I'm gonna start throwing some burpees into my routine they are good. Thanks for suggesting this
    How are the burpees coming along? I may add them to the end of my current workouts to train both conditioning and my mental toughness.

      Good, but they kick my ass pretty quick. Been throwing those and mountain climbers in my circuits a couple days a week.

          They are mentally challenging if you go at them hard enough. So much that it's one of those things that can easily be avoided.
