I've been lifting weights since I was about 14. But it only bulked me up. I really didn't have much stamina and my Fatigue got the best of me when playing sports. I've read up on boxin' and it's really what I'm looking for. I need something that will not only tone me up but give me alot better stamina and strength. Plus I really need to know how to box. I'm not gettin' into boxing but you can't just protect yourself with stuff you learned on the streets. I need to know what I'm gonna need starting out. What Items and junk. I'm looking for resistance bands. Thx.
