A cool boxing one I found is something I got from either Title or Ringside. It's a baseball-sized rubber ball with round nubs on it that cause it to bounce erratically. If you take it to a basketball court, you simply bounce it and catch it. It doesn't bounce very high and will fly in random directions so it tests not only your mental reflexes, but your physical ones as you move in different directions to catch it.

I'll warn you, it's not a cute little exercise toy. This thing will work your ass off! Lol. It's seriously challenging and you won't always be able to catch it. The demands it puts on you are great though as most exercises are very linear. This one works things that don't usually get worked.

Mine arrived a few days ago! I'm definitely a fan. I've been using it for two different "modes" lol, both on a basketball court.
The first I just throw it straight up, not too high, right in front of me, and try to catch it on the first bounce.
Then for the other I throw it pretty high and a bit away from me and it's a sort of "chase the chicken" game. Then right after I get it I throw it again and it becomes a good conditioning workout too.

I actually need to start using it again to help strengthen my legs. What it does to your leg tendons is really valuable because few other things get you to move explosively in all directions like that.

I remember, one cold january night when I was really grinding hard to get my fitness up, I was trying to use it on a basketball court and it was so rigid from the cold that it would just dart off to the side all the time and drive me nuts.
