SPAR, SPAR, SPAR and SPAR SOME MORE. Sign up for another fight that's at least 45 days away and spar at least 15 rounds per week. 25 is even better.
I'm just waiting for Cipher to show his skills in the big fight. Hopefully we get a video.

I beg to differ. When your mom's drained me, it definitely wasn't from nervousness

The guy I had an exhibition with had 5 boxing matches and 4 kick boxing bouts for a total of 9.I trained my nuts off just to not really throw any punches and when I do throw them ****ty. Got my mouth piece knocked out 3 times because my I couldn't breath through my nose because it was clogged with blood.

I love this sport more than anything and it's my favorite thing in the world. If I fought a good fight and lost I wouldn't care but I fought like absolute ****. I'm still training now but the thought of embarassing my coaches eats me alive to this day. Thinking this sport isn't for me destroyed what was alot of confidence, especially how I was supposed to be talented according to my coaches and a few others.

Sorry for the long post just feels alot better getting it off my chest after a few months. I can't wait to fight again to prove to myself but in the meantime it's eating me.

before the fight I felt "weird" I wasn't nervous in the slightest, I felt drained per say

          end of rant
Let's see the video and I'll help as much as possible.

It's your first fight man. It's all experience. Don't be down. I got towelled up in my first fight against a much better fighter. Went on to win national and regional titles. I know a guy who lost his first 16 (yes you read that right) fights who went onto the Olympics and fought for a world title as a professional.

Your first few fights don't matter. One of the best fighters I know lost his first 9 amateur bouts.

When you get more experience under your belt, you'll travel. When you do and you meet fighters from all over, you'll get this question every time, "how many fights you got?". They won't ask you what your 'record' is.

                      It’s all good
Every boxer has lost in the ring
                      Amateur or pro
                      However how do you train
                      Like your routine
                      I say jump rope more
Work up to 20 minutes of jump roping straight
You’re footspeed and hand speed will increase significantly
Also work on your footwork more
                      Be more elusive
Learn how to slip and sidestep out the of shots and come back with a simultaneous counter
Also work on your jab as well
                      Mix it up
In daily shadow boxing for 30 minutes
Jab to the head, to the chest, to the pit of the stomach
                      It’s all good
                      You got this
