    Title competition headgear

For my upcoming amateur fight, I bought a Title competition headgear with cheeks. Is that a good piece of headgear? It is USA boxing approved.

It has solid reviews when checking around. I don't see anything negative being said that sticks out.

Check for the label on the side or back. If it says USA Approved, you’re good. Should be a white stitched on deal.

Is everyone here under 18 seen as the amount of talk about headgear? (Not just this thread)

Headgear is pointless if your over 17,
Cause at 17 you should now be getting used to not wearing headgear, cause by the time your 18 you will not be wearing headgear.
Obviously except for CERTAIN sparring sessions and what not.

Genuine question.... I just find it hard to believe that most people on here are under 18, like the OP are you 18? Cause if you are do you realise you won't be wearing headgear?

Some people are paranoid about head injuries.

I never use head gear unless Im sparring with someone who has pro experience.
