Monday, Tuesday, rest on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and rest on weekends. So four solid days a week.

monday,wednesday and friday i can train on tuesday,Thursday ad sastruday but i love to spar and that only happens on monday,wednesday and friday seems like it.

Thursday & Saturday at the boxing gym, basketball on Tuesdays and I try to get some light weight training in 3 days a week. Lifting "light" meaning 20 reps per set.
