Punching bag problems
I have recently bought a punching bag from wish for 30$. i do not know what to put in it. Is it OK to put only carpet, is all sand fine, people say it ruins the bag easily please give me ideas of what i can put in my punching bag, and also please tell me where you can buy shredded clothes and carpet, is there any stores that sells shredded clothes. Any stores in Melbourne? PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I have no idea no what to put in my punching bag, and no materials. Please tell me stores or places in Melbourne you can buy shredded clothes or items to put in punching bag. THANKS:boxing

You probably know this now but next time, buy a filled one.
As said above, fabric is the way to go. Old sheets, shirts, towels, anything. It takes a LOT of them and they will soon compress (meaning you need to add more) so don't spend a lot on them.

Go through your wardrobe anything you've not worn for 1.5 years or more, cut it up, stuff it in.
Get yourself to garage sales, table top sales, charity shops. People will sell clothes for a dollar or maybe 2. Doesn't matter what they look like, tshirts, dresses, ladies/men's/ old peoples, Stuff them in, your after quantity here.
Table clothes are good, a lot of material for less money. Maybe a fabric warehouse/wholesaler, you can buy it by the meter and cheap
I would not recommend sand it goes very compact and makes the bag very dense and heavy, meaning hurting hands. If you part clothes, part sand, the sand works it way to the bottom through all the cracks
