I allways think for hours at whats the best counter for a 1-2 Throwing your own right hand or block the 2 and throw the left hook after it

Drill, drill, drill. If you're taking the time to make decisions WHEN it happens, it's already too late. Drill this shyt until it's muscle memory. Then, you will naturally pick up certain tendencies from the opponent and adjust accordingly.

There was a time when I fell for every feint, now it's second nature to be on the defensive but not fall for traps like that.

Block and then counter, or if your opponent does not have the power then you can punch with him.

Don't worry about countering until you can actually block well.
Boxing looks far easier than it is, it's going to take a lot of time, years even, to learn any sort of counter techniques.
