The first thing that comes to my mind besides proteins and creatine are different vitamin supplements, which allow you to recover faster, and replenish the body's resources. Mondia and mucuna and extra gojis, red meat, marrow, eggs and glutamine. I always take zinc, beta sitosterol, pea protein(arginine). Soreness is greatly reduced if you personalize your diet, remove inflammatory foods with genotype diet book.
