Yea, you can do fresh or use a powder that has the wheat grass, kelp, all the high anti-ox stuff. I undervalued this type of thing for years and used to just get all my vitamins in a pill. Nothing beats getting it through actual greens. Much in the same way that protein powders don't do what real meat does (though whey after a workout is highly recommend because it digests quick).

I usually just stick to a GNC vitamin pack and a protein shake.

To help you recover quickly between workouts, I recommend buying testosterone boosters. I always take these testosterone boosters after workouts. I found out about these boosters from the article written by Mitchelle Morgan, and thank her very much. We need a high testosterone hormone for our muscles to grow fast and build muscle mass. I use TestoPrime, which has helped me a lot to get rid of excess body fat and increase my muscle mass and endurance. The combination of protein and these boosters helped me get good gym results.

The first thing that comes to my mind besides proteins and creatine are different vitamin supplements, which allow you to recover faster, and replenish the body's resources. You can also drink EarlyBird in the morning, which you can find out about on their website at https://stay-awake.info/earlybird-morning-****tail-review. It contains all the ingredients you need to recover from your workout.

Mondia and mucuna and extra gojis, red meat, marrow, eggs and glutamine. I always take zinc, beta sitosterol, pea protein(arginine). Soreness is greatly reduced if you personalize your diet, remove inflammatory foods with genotype diet book. Spirulina/chlorella tablets I have been using seem to help a little and they taste good.
