    What to wear for amateur?

In amateur what are you allowed to wear? Do you have to buy 2 colors? Can I just get a muscle shirt and some boxing trunks or do I have to buy a set?

You should talk to the trainer at the gym. He will set you on the right path if youre serious. Also string up a dbl end bag at home and get up earlier and do a good run. Then do the two days at the gym with whatever trainer recommends. Sounds like maybe you havent went in and had good talk with trainer. Do that and then Just work your way up. Good luck to ya!

Yeah thanks for the advice. I have been running in the mornings as well as doing the heavybag.

Buy a set of red (shorts and vest) and a set of blue (short and vest).

They do not need to be branded adidas and are relatively cheap and quite readily available. That way you are ready to go and can wear any colour on fight day.

In UK as an example you can buy shorts and vest (unknown brand) for £13.99 (less than 2 hours minimum wage)
