I'm not a boxer. At the start of the video you threw two jabs. I noticed you dropped your other hand and opened up your face. It's hard to critique because you were out of the frame a lot.

You need to relax mate, 20 seconds in and you look so tense.

Chin is always sky high looking to be hit, keep that **** glued to your chest.

Personally don't like how high you raised your hands in the high guard, plus when you tightened up you blinded yourself, I'd have them on my cheeks unless I knew what was coming, opened yourself up for some body shots. Different styles though obviously.

Keep your eyes on him, 0:27 you went into him then caged up and looked away, you covered up and got out fine but get rid of that habit.

Dropping your right hand more than I like, again keep that **** glued to your chin when you're throwing your jab, which is solid.

Not bad though to be honest, could of done with a wider angle though too catch the whole thing and look at your feet.

        It was good.

Try to use more the left hand but landing hooks and try to be chill.

And you need to use more force in your jab.

Don't be so scared to fight. Throw that overhand right too. That tall fella leaves his lead hand down and doesn't have an authoritative jab so he's wide open for the overhand right. You're a short stocky fighter so that should be one of your best punches. At least one of your more practiced ones.

Also, don't be scared to miss. I'll just tell you right now, you're going to miss probably 70% of your punches in your entire career (training and competition). Maybe even more. That's just the way it is. Even Mayweather misses most of his punches.

Keep your left hand up so you won't have to keep punching from the hip like you are

                    Yeah,

Your defense needs work. You throw ur left and its out there too long. But you look a lot better then I've ever looked man.
