Hi, does anyone here train boxing? How long have you been training?
Do you train in the mornings/evenings? At home/gym? Skill level wise... where would you rate yourself? On a scale from school yard brawler to Manny Pacquiao.

Nope I didn't do that. But I go to the GYM everyday. So, need some better advice what to do next.

If You are brand new with say less than a few months experience, book yourself some one on ones with the head coach. Don't waste your money on flashy gloves or expensive head guard quite yet. Get some quality one on ones to teach you fundamentals and punching so you don't hurt your hands

I've boxed on and off for 15 years, had 20 amateurfights and my one on one last week for nearly an hour was stepping in and jabbing. Don't ever think you are above the basics

We shouldn't allow Butler spoil this section of the forum, let's keep this holy section undeterred.
for there are only Mecca, Madina, Jerusalem and NBS-T&N as holy places....
