    Ive made the dough base, pounded the dough, and will leave it to ferment over night, to get the sour dough experience, no need to add salt

      u need to make ur own tomato sauce, parmesan cheese not mozarella even! sounds like ur using winchester cheshire or edam. then put some anchovies peppers oregano basil and shreds of garlic on top
