  • LOTS of training vs Calerie restriction Diet for fat loss?

    Which is easier?

    Both are hard.

    But I enjoy exercise to a certain extent I never enjoy starving myself.


    Unfortunately exercise doesn't burn many calories unless you do loads of it.

    What do you think guys?

    Training is the better option. The body needs fuel to function, plus training be it boxing, sprinting, weights makes you stronger/fitter/better as repetition of any function should make you better.

    That means not to eat at a glutinous level and eat clean and organic where possible, but I don't think you should starve or restrict the body of anything, everything in moderation
