      Water, strong coffee. They say something like 60 or 70% (can't remember exact but it's around there) of all hunger cravings are actually thirst cravings and dehydration.

      Eating smaller portions and more regular over 3 large meals a day is a must and nearly all dieticians will recommend this.

      Protein, vegetables and good quality carbohydrates need to be your best friends s they will sustain you, fuel you for longer.

      Water is key, 2 litres a day minimum and over 3 litres with a decent training session as an absolute minimum, maybe even 3 then 4 with training
