    hey do ye think its ok while training for boxing doing bicep curls, dips , chin ups and press ups with knuckles ? anyone with opinions feel free to share, thanks

      As vague as your question ism dips, chin ups, press ups are fine. If your looking to increase speed/power, look more specific

        I don't think bicep curls are necessary for boxing. That's more for if you want to have a beach body.

        The other exercises you mentioned are fine.

          was just asking cause some of the coaches in the gym were saying i should stop because they think im to tense but others were saying dont mind them thanks for the feed back i just want to work on all round
