I seems a newbie question cause it is but I'm can't figure out a real yes or no in the gym.

Is these combinations are applicable just by mirroring (reversing the image) to orthodox or is it pointless ?

Is it possible and useful to use some southpaw video like this, and use it for orthodox by reversing left and right ?

first 8 are applicable.

Yes, but not in all cases.

not a direct answer to your question but what I found helpful is that there are also special combinations especially recommended to Orthodox fighters when fighting against Southpaws and vice versa:
