  • Intensive training and recovery

Hello people, Ive been following this forum for some time and decided to make an account finally. I want to ask about your opinions on how much should a boxer train and what is the best way to recover.
Here is a short story about me and my training.

I am 21 years old guy who started rather late with boxing , I used to box when i was 13-14 but without much success, I did get a lucky bronze medal ( I only had one win and one loss ) on a national competition back then, but as I said, I wasnt anything special and I quit, which I regret.
I later on became a power lifter ( Not a competitor though, just for fun) and when I became 19 I started boxing again and I was combining the two sports rather well, using the powerlifting to support my boxing.Boxing became the main sport.
As I said Ive never seen myself as really talented or something, I am a sports guy but nothing more.So I knew in order for me to have success as an amateur boxer at that age I have to work really hard. For a while now I have been training twice a day, 6 days a week.
My workout regime is as follows:

Monday: 7AM Sprints followed by light cardio for around 1h 30min
    5 PM: Boxing
Tuesday: 7 AM Boxing, 8 PM Powerlifting main lifts (Squat,Bench,Deadlift,Military Press)
Wednesday: 7AM Sprints followed by light cardio
    5 PM: Boxing
Thursday: 7AM Boxing, 8PM Powerlifting assisting lifts ( various lifts here, change from time to time)
Friday: 7AM light cardio only, 1h. 5PM Sparring only
    Saturday: 20PM Powerlifting main lifts
    Sunday: Rest

So, as you might suggest, I think I might be overtraining a little bit or maybe just failing to recover properly.I have been gettign stomach aches, pains all around my body, swollen hands and a bunch of other ****.

What is it that you may suggest to me, whats your opinion on my training program, how would you alter it and what would you do to recover better.Have in mind I dont want to take steroids so thats out of the question.I only take creatine and beta-alanine, but might add other supplements if you suggest so.

    Thank you for your time!
    Best,
    Ivailo
