This guys definitely a troll. It seem like he runs that site and probably thought it would be fun to do some cheesy training videos. The worst thing is people are arguing with him. He doesn't actually think he is demonstrating anything useful, he's just trolling.
Okay, I take it back, he put too much effort into his site for it to be a simple troll site. I guess he thinks his martial arts background has given him a unique perspective on boxing and he's devoluped the most efficient punch possible.
His site says has classes 3 times a week but only offers them to people between the ages of 12-24. I'm not sure what that's all about.
Looks like he is willing to travel. Maybe soulja boy should fly him out.
