    Anybody here do Pilates?

I have a lot of random injuries and not so great joints. I heard Pilates is good for tending to that kinda thing so I've been thinking of getting into it.

Anybody here do pilates? If so does it help?

        Ha. Thanks.

It's an actual t-shirt that can be purchased from Ringside.

i think pilates would be good for a boxer, i knew a girl who was a personal trainer who did yoga and boxing. she was so flexible and strong, when i held the pads for her she hit like a guy even though she didn't weigh very much. after that i tried to get some of the boxers i knew to do yoga to see if it increased their punching power but none of them wanted to try it

I don't blame them, this stuff looks and seems girly as hell lol

Reminds me of the time someone from one of my gyms tried to get everyone to do dance classes

That's still pretty dope though, I think I'm just gonna try to look past all that and see if it does anything for me
