How long to skip. Look for aerobic fitness.

Hi...how long would you recommend i skip for to increase my aerobic fitness. Usually id do ten minutes but i think i need to go for a bit longer.

Does anyone have any regimes when it comes to skipping?
    Thanks

If you don't feel like you got a good workout then you didn't. Either go longer or increase the intensity. Switch your workout up and see what works.

im not sure what ur aims are, but if ur a fighter u wanna be working in intense 2 minute rounds (3 if ur pro which i assume ur not). So work hard for 2 minutes then rest for a minute, then same again. To intensify this workout either do more rounds, cut ur rest time or work harder.

Skipping for 15 minutes does just as much as running for 30 minutes. Sometimes I skip intensily for either 2 or 3 minute rounds - I do a few rounds of these.
Other times I skip for a full 15 - 20 mins with varying intensity. Very hard to maintain but the stamina benefits can be huge.
