Whats up again, I am gonna share my training routine and I want your opinions what should I add or do something different.
Running every morning for 45mins.
1. Warm up 5-10min
2. Shadowboxing 3x3min rest durings rounds 15sec.
3. Slip Bag 2x3min rest during rounds 10sec.
4. Heavybag 6x3min full power (some days I change the bag workout viarity) rest during rounds 15-20sec.
5. Hitting the tire with sledgehammer 3x1:30mins rest 15 sec. (This gets me exhausted af)
6. Abs 10min, Push ups with clapping 5x30secs.
7. Jump rope nonstop for 10 mins
I do this workout 5 days a week, I am 17 years old. And I am trying to reach something, striving for greatness.
Any tips here would be good.
