    Workout Session(add these to your workout regime) :

    Theraband Lateral Rises timed reps 1:30

    Theraband Chest Press 1:30

    Theraband Tricep Extensions 1:30

    Theraband Leg Abduction 1:30

    Medicine Ball Lunge + Rotation 1:30

    Medicine Ball Forward Lunge + Overhead Press 1:30

    Medicine Ball Overhead Side bends 1:30

    Medicine Ball slams 1:30

    Sandbag Back Squat 20 reps

    Sandbag Dead lift 20 reps

    Sand bag overhead press 20 reps

    Push ups 20 reps

    Abdominal Crunches 100

    Oblique Crunches 100

    Superman Exercise 15-20 reps

    100 free weight squats

    100 calf raises

    Boxing Training :
    Punching with power off a weave training.

    step 1: attach a rope one end to another

    step 2 : carry 5-8lb dumbbell with each hand

    step 3 : weave once and punch using full power really rotating your body to deliver full impact quickly recover and weave to other side then punch again .



    Heavy bag Training Light to Hard .


    Start Punching the heavy bag with your lightest punch for 30 seconds then switch to your hardest punch for 30 seconds then switch again do this for 20 minutes keep moving around the bag.

    Attacking the bag with ferocity and putting your body into fast, whirling motion. That is what builds real power.

      ^That, and working on the form/technique to apply it with max speed and force are the only things that have worked for me.

      Muscle strength is somewhat application-specific, IMO. When I went from bodybuilding to BJJ, I didn't have shyt for true strength. After a few months of developing grappling strength, I frequently got told that I was deceptively strong, even though I had lost a lot of muscle mass.
      Then, I started boxing and the strength did not transfer. My coach said I was way too weak for my size. I dropped even more weight as I got in boxing shape and once I dialed in my form, it's incredible the difference. Me at 170lbs could absolutely wreck the 225lb bodybuilder version of me when it comes to punching power.

      Like you said, if you want to punch harder, start punching harder.
