sHOULD YOU ATTEMPT TO DELAY KINETIC LINKING AND THE SEQUENCE OF A PUNCH UNFOLDING?

I find you get more power if you hold the arm back a little longer than is natural.

By natural I mean the normal time the arm goes out if you arnt messing up and pushing your arm out early.

See you can let the arm go out how it would had you done the technique properly.

Or you can actively hold it back.

You can also do this with the midsection and both.

An artificial delay in the kinetic linking only makes the build up of power even greater?

(FORGET TACTICS/EFFECTIVENESS, THIS IS SOLELY ABOUT POWER)

How about you stop being a little pusse and actually spar? Try "holding back your arm" in sparring and see how that works out for you.

Grow some balls and find out for yourself in the ring.
