4 rounds jump rope (warm up)
    4 rounds bag work
    4 rounds mitt work
    4 rounds shadow boxing
4 rounds sparring or light sparring(working on particular things with coach or stablemate)
    1 mile on treadmill

the rest working on technical, tactical things, etc.

between 30 second breaks I do push ups or sit ups

I usually train from 6 pm-9 pm.....4 rounds is the minimum rounds I do of activity.

That sounds good so long as you're really working and keeping your heart-rate up. I'd usually recommend a 2nd workout but not if you're already doing 3 hours.

Since you workout at night, you can try fasting in the morning. Just have a protein shake, or a couple eggs, something very light. This keeps you from starving and cannibalizing muscle, but still allows for fat loss. My best weight loss comes when I workout at night and eat very light in the morning. Be sure to eat well after your workouts or you might have a hard time with recuperation, leading to fatigue and possibly injury over time.

You weigh 144, have low body fat & want to cut to 132? You'll be weak as a puppy.

thats what I was thinking bro. I know im under 10 % body fat. Im only 5'6.5" with roger mayweather legs lol...but i am broad shouldered, short necked.

im just gonna see how my body feels, slowly trying to lower my weight. I refuse to rush and cut weight

I do have a lil bit of fat and water weight to lose but 132 is kind of a stretch. Coach said they spot pounds for show fights, no tournament fights.

Im really thinking about fighting at 141 and just build up my speed, and strength to deal with those guys dropping from around 160....i walk around at 150 tops eating what I want now.

but man everyone I have sparred at 141 and up dwarfs me. Well that'll force me to work on head movement and working my way inside, fighting off of pivots and angles.

            great advice, thanks bro

Yea I work morning and have a part time job..i train 3 hours to make up for not being able to train 5 days a week.

I have a heavy bag at home so, im gonna start doing light work outs in the morning before work

for breakfast I usually drink green tea and eat almonds, g****fruit or pineapples.

I try not to eat too heavy after i make it home at 10 pm...what do you suggest for a light meal at night?

Technique is what helped Tyson greatly in his prime years. Most of his opponents were taller than him. He was also at full power, which you'll need in any scenario.

yea. I dont want to sacrifice stamina just to avoid being outsized....its about skills any way

I endured that crap in high school. I wrestled at 135 and 140....cutting weight is no joke, its depressing, and you have energy ebbs and flows.

I dont want any excuses why i dont perform my best.

Im gonna give it a month. If I cant get to 132 or at 135 without feeling super drained, IM settling at 141.

At 31 years OLD why do you want to get beat up by 20 year old YOUNG man?
How will getting your azz handed to you make you a better trainer?
As to weight if you want to fight go ahead and do it. Just train your azz off work hard at everything than weigh yourself when you believe your ready and in top condition that's the weight class your in. You don't pick out a weight class on height alone. If you can't get the body ready without asking "help" on a fan forum how in the world will you get ready mentally?

What trainer would allow a novice 31 year old man an opportunity to wear his gyms colors? Why not just organize an "open" session in the gym against another gyms fighter? Look for equal height, weight and experience!
Leave the boxing shows for the youth to flourish on. Good luck, you need it.

bro...i boxed two years in my early 20s.....I love to learn, train and teach

I finally have time to go to the gym. Bills, kids and obligations come first

im crazy dude...i like to fight and always have. naw i just love boxing

I've always wanted to get a few fights under my belt before I started training fighters. Life and trails got in the way.

was blessed enough to find a good gym and a head trainer willing enough to teach me. He wants me to be his asistant and will be teaching me ins and outs of working corners and training fighters

initially I wasnt going to have any fights but when my trainer saw how much I knew, how hard I trained, or whatever he saw, he keeps bringing up me getting some fights in.

as far as making weight, I have experience with that...it was long ago when I wrestled in high school....he cut weight in an unhealthy way and I WONT be trying to get away with that

bro....if you didnt have any constructive advice, why did you bother to post
                    ?

If you were just another idiot talking about fighting at 31 years of age you would have the opinion from a long time trainer that your a nut looking for attention on a boxing fans forum.
If your serious I'm not sure why your here to begin with!
If you know how to cut weight as you say you do why ask?

                      suggestion

I watched your spar session, when your training fighters give them no more than two tasks to work on per round. Don't sit ringside giving them instruction every 5 seconds! While a young man is learning physical techniques he must also exercise his mind by statying on task. Having a "trainer" yell instructions every 5 seconds will slow that mental progression down, A LOT!
In between rounds voice your pros and cons and keep it simple. Instruction comes on bag work and pads! good luck with your future.
