    Rockin'

yeah i get ya. jus shows that im not conceded about my power cause alot of ppl would probably skip amatuers and go pro,but **** that i want low level experience first in the ring to see how i fair out there. but be honest with u i prefer no head gear then headgear cause my style is to get low and i cant see outta those *****'s. i've sparred alot of pros and put the whipping on them but they take there time with there **** like i do. i think a down fall for me is i dont like amatuers, meaning wild throws and running all around the ring. i think i watched to much of tyson and built up a pro style but with alot of straights going my way it will be a piece of cake cause if i had to rate my defense i would give it an 8 outta 10 as u can see in the videos

Oh, and btw, I dont know if anybody said that or not, but I suggest that you rely on straight punches. straight punches are bread and butter of amateur.

yeah i know about them straights. but i have extremly shorts arms and its hard for me to get in there. once im in close i think about hooks and uppercuts instead of straight rights.my reach sucks ass

Dude, but just try to punch from different angles. There your short hands will help you better utilize your weight and thus give you more power. Watch juda/spinks 2 fight, and watch judah hit spinks with that left hand that folded spinks in two.(lastround of a fight) That is what I am talking about. He hit him with straight left but on the side of the head and from very close distance. just watch the fight closely and you will see.
Hooks and uppercuts are great, no doubt, but it takes years to perfect them, make them nice, short, accurate and crisp.

i've had years of perfectin my hooks ahahaa 2 years. theres nuttin else i can work on hook wise, i already gotten them down short and compact as i can get with all power still squeezed out. but if theres more things to holler at about hooks jus tell me. u cant ever learn to much
