    Well you made up your mind but I would also recommend you to quit judo.

    Thats 2 hours you could spend on regenerating, stretching, cardio or strength training.


    Btw dont miss these things, besides boxing:

    Strength training, quit bodybuilding put in explosive exercises I can suggest you this youtube channel for great full bodyweight exercises, which fits boxing perfectly

    Also running is important, but dont overdo it. I did and I caught an plantar fasciitis which is an inflammation on the tendon. Which takes 1-2 months to heal. Your endurance improves quickly but not your tendons et cetera so keep that in mind.

    And stretching to prevent injurys, make your muscles loose ---> more speed
