Boxing is a sport where you can't do it forever. Enjoy it while you can, because you'll never feel that level of competition again, you'll never be able to test yourself again like the way boxing tests you. I miss it like hell, but I know it's over.

I quit when I hit 29. I could feel my legs getting weaker. And I would work out extremely hard still, but if I took the smallest amount of time off I could feel the difference in my speed, stamina, immediately. And keeping the weight down just became too hard with work and everything else in my life.

If you still have an itch, I recommend going back at it. Youll regret it if you don't IMO. Your only 25 anyway, you can still enjoy this sport for a long time, just be smart about it.

You should maybe use boxing training to stay healthy & in shape. You don't necessarily have to fight if you're not feeling it. Whatever you do, keep the drinking moderate & don't smoke at all! That shit will kill you, man.
